Today is a wonderful day. The countryside of Brasil is beautiful .

After eating lunch at a precious cafĂ© in Sao Paulo (yesterday), we went to another airport to make it to our connecting flight to Brasilia. After a bus ride to “Agua Viva,” the place where we are staying, we were greeted with open arms. Agua Viva is amazing. The views from our front porch are breathtaking. We are enjoying every moment we have here. It feels like we’ve been here a week already. Last night after a session of learning and exploring around, we went to bed early, and got a lot of sleep to recover from traveling.

Today, we hit the road running by learning worship songs in Portuguese, going over our daily schedule, and practicing all of the skills/crafts/wacky science activities. Training today with the Brasilian team has been amazing. Their testimony is amazing, and we can’t wait to tell you all about it when we get home.

Jacob: is running around the room with bull horns learning the song “Round up”.
Mallory: is lying in the hammock after an amazing lunch.
Ashley: thinks her family should move to Brasil and live here forever.
Alison: is sunbathing and thinks Brittney should join her.
Brittany: loves the fresh honey, straight from the “woods.”
Jon David: the brazilian Giant is the worship leader...breaking it down.... Also, he just shook it up.
Speedy: is H-A-P-P-Y! ... And says hello to his kids.
Julie: Tudu bem? Tudo bem!
Jessica(me): is going to lose her passport so she can’t come back to the states.
Josh: would love to always work in the summer... Brazilian summer and American summer. Also, he did a great job teaching us the dance to “Single Ladies” on the airplane.
Kaleyn: is peace... “literally.”
Nicole: loves brazilian juices and can’t wait to see the kids tomorrow.
Angela R: made a brazilian friend that is comfortable enough to soak her with water.
Angela F: is enjoying being back at in her home country and is enjoying the sun.
Brent: is thinking about all of the weight he is going to gain this week from the cooking of Dona Gon Gon... And excited that he got to celebrate a camp birthday.

Please continue to pray for us as we start our first day of camp tomorrow. Pray for God to move in “unexpected” ways. Pray expecting powerful things to happen. We appreciate all of your love and support back home. Peace.
